Introduction to distance learning: integration and in-depth understanding
It is not necessary to have taken the first training to register for the second, but it is recommended.
The course will use the resources of the web-conferencing system (VIA). The Moodle platform will serve as the digital learning environment. Instructions for connecting and registering on Moodle will be provided at a later date.
Analyze the steps to follow to move from in-person learning to distance learning.
Deepen understanding of the structure of a distance learning course.
Identify courses and content that lend themselves to distance learning.
Discover the types of pedagogical support specific to the reality of DL.
Approach to building a global teaching scenario in DL
Understand the concepts of a global teaching scenario.
Discover examples of applications of a global teaching scenario.
Design a global teaching scenario with a choice of distance learning modalities.
Discover different technologies and tools in response to remote learning needs (technological demonstration).
This course is a logical continuation of training sessions 1 and 2 given by UQAR. However, it can be taken by anyone who already knows the basic principles of distance learning without having taken workshops 1 and 2 (see the document produced by UQAR for training sessions 1 and 2 on the FADIO website).
