FADIO’S MISSION
In order to achieve their vision of developing an innovative and diversified range of training and become front-line players in distance learning, the institutions have set themselves the mission of: demystifying distance learning, training practitioners in the field, sharing their expertise, experimenting with new practices and providing pedagogical and technological support.
The team is based on the following 4 values determined by FADIO members: Trust, transparency, sharing, and mutual help.

THE SHARING OF EXPERTISE
In order to share expertise, communities of practice have been set up:

Pedagogical Community of Practice composed mainly of pedagogical advisors and techno-pedagogues

Community of Practice for Teaching Resources composed of teachers, trainers, lecturers and professors

Technical Community of Practice composed of technicians, analysts and IT coordinators

Network of Distance Learning practitioners and researchers in distance education

OUR ACTIONS
In order to monitor, experiment and document new practices and to identify new fields of research, a network of practitioners and inter-disciplinary researchers in distance learning has been set up.
To ensure the support and guidance of the institutions, regional resources and a regional pedagogical and technical support team with high levels of expertise provide support to the local teams.
