The Stakeholders’ Table is composed of the executive directors of the educational institutions and the Rector of UQAR. Members agree to adhere to the collaborative governance model and to share this organizational culture with the members of their organization.
The Steering Committee is composed of one representative from each level of education and one representative from the labor market. Its role is to represent all members of the Stakeholders’ Table and to make the necessary decisions regarding the implementation of the project.
The Implementation Committee is composed of distance education specialists from the three levels of education and coordination. Its role is to ensure the implementation of all activities in the action plan, to advise and follow up with the Steering Committee.
The Liaison Committee is composed of one representative from each local team. Its role is to inform other members of the DL developments in its organization and to ensure the transmission of information from FADIO within its organization.
