Copyright represents a particular challenge in this domain, which largely relies on new technologies and multimedia content. We hope that, despite the complexity of regulations to this effect, this study will help distance learning content creators to tackle this challenge and that they will use it to better encourage learning, while respecting the rights of those who are, as defined by law, the authors of the content used.
